Medline named to LinkedIn’s 2021 Top Companies Chicago list

Medline Industries, Inc. has been named to LinkedIn’s 2021 Top Companies Chicago list.

The 25-company list is part of LinkedIn’s Top Company’s: City Edition, highlighting “the best workplaces to grow your career” in 10 metropolitan areas, including Chicago.

The lists were compiled based on public, company and LinkedIn data, with a focus on seven pillars “that have been shown to lead to career progression”: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and educational background.

“Through the years, Medline has grown due to the great work of our employees,” said Charlie Mills, chief executive officer of Medline. “It’s very important to us that we provide the opportunity for each of our team members to grow as well. Medline is routinely named to best employer lists. Most recently, Medline was included on the Forbes list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2021.
