Medline named to Forbes ‘Best Employers for New Grads’ list

Company ranks 80th out of 300 companies ‘most liked by new workforce entrants’

Forbes Best Employers for New Grabs

Medline has been named among Forbes 2022 “America’s Best Employers for New Grads,” ranking 80th on a list of 300 U.S. companies, “most liked by new workforce entrants.” The list was compiled based on survey results of 20,000 Americans with less than 10 years professional experience, working for business with at least 1,000 employees.

“The list offers a glimpse of what newly minted graduates are prioritizing amid what’s been a historically hot job marketing,” according to Forbes. Respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement, effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts, and company image. The final list ranks the 300 employers that received the most recommendations.

“We’re honored to be represented on this influential list,” said Karen Ferraro, Medline chief human resource officer. “We’re a fast-growing, customer-focused company. Employees gain hands-on experience, allowing them to grow their careers and reach their full potential.  An important part of our success is the emphasis we place on recruiting smart, hardworking and resilient employees from campuses across the nation.”
