For the 13th year, company receives honor based on employee survey feedback

For the 13th year, Medline Industries, LP is a Chicago Tribune Top Workplace. Energage, a leading provider of employee engagement tools, surveyed nearly 3,000 Chicago-area Medline employees at random between April and July to assess everything from a shared belief in the direction, values and meaning of the company; to inclusion, support, openness and appreciation; communication and collaboration; training, learning and opportunities for advancement; and perception of fairness.
