Jim Boyle
Chief Executive Officer
Jim Boyle is the Chief Executive Officer of Medline Industries, LP.
Boyle joined Medline in 1996, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, managing the company’s customer base of over 5,000 healthcare providers across the continuum of care and overseeing more than $21 billion of annual sales. Boyle was responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the commercial functions across all healthcare segments, as well as the Marketing, Operations and Logistics departments. In addition, he oversaw Medline’s distributed products business and led the customer support infrastructure, meeting the unique challenges of Medline’s customer base and its patient communities.
Prior to his role as Executive Vice President, Boyle served as Senior Vice President of Acute Care Sales and National Sales Director of Medline. In this role, he led the company’s strategy and sales for its largest customers, and more than doubled annual sales during his tenure with a combined annual growth rate of 13.2 percent.
Boyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
