Medline announces implementation of Prime Vendor agreement with Valley Surgery Center
Agreement provides solutions to support clinical, financial and operational outcomes

Northfield, Ill., April 29, 2026 – Medline (Nasdaq: MDLN) today announced that it completed implementation of a Prime Vendor agreement with Valley Surgery Center, which provides surgical care to about 700 patients a month (ages 6 months and older) in the Hudson, Wis., community.
With this agreement, Valley Surgery Center will have access to Medline’s comprehensive portfolio of medical-surgical products, including surgical packs and surgical gloves, as well as powerful distribution capabilities to help streamline ordering and the timely, reliable delivery of medical supplies.
“The primary driver behind our decision was the transition to a new management company,” said Sarah Karau, director of Valley Surgery Center. “In October 2025, we switched to Surgical Management Professionals [SMP] and gained access to their GPO offerings. Once we reviewed the price comparisons, the decision was a no‑brainer — it was clear this move made the most sense for our organization.”
Brendan Dooley, Medline’s senior vice president for ambulatory surgery centers, added that “this agreement underscores Medline’s commitment to supporting Valley Surgery Center in delivering surgical excellence and compassionate care.”
“By leveraging our supply chain solutions to drive operational efficiencies, we are proud to help advance their success and excited to expand our Prime Vendor partnership with Valley,” Dooley said.
