Northfield, Ill., Dec. 29, 2025 – Medline today announced a Prime Vendor agreement with Signature HealthCARE a family-owned healthcare company whose offerings include skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health and other supportive healthcare services. Founded in 2007, the company now has 67 locations across five states: Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and Virginia.
Through this agreement, signed in July 2025, Signature HealthCARE will leverage Medline’s comprehensive portfolio of medical-surgical products, spanning Medline and non-Medline brands, along with a robust, end-to-end supply chain to support operational consistency across its facilities. Signature HealthCARE also will use Medline’s Per Patient Day (PPD) program.
“We chose Medline for their quality standards and comprehensive product catalog, which offer long-term value for the health and safety of our residents and staff,” said Jason Kwart, vice president of procurement and product development at Signature HealthCARE. “Our decision wasn’t just about lowering upfront costs — Medline’s robust inventory and their reputation for driving compliance supports delivery efficiency throughout our facilities. Having previously partnered with Medline, their responsive customer support and quick resolution of issues sealed our decision to select Medline as our future supply partner.”
The facilities will tap into Medline’s distribution centers in Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina and Virginia for their supply distribution.
“We’re honored to support Signature HealthCARE as their Prime Vendor,” said Brad Mariam, Medline’s executive vice president, non-acute care. “By combining our comprehensive portfolio and robust, end‑to‑end supply chain, we’ll help standardize procurement across their multi‑state footprint and give care teams more time to focus on residents.”
