Medline to Strengthen Managed Care Expertise by Acquiring Home Medical Equipment Billing Leader PFS

Medline, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies and clinical solutions, announced that it has acquired PFS, a privately held, family owned company based in Mount Vernon, Ill., that specializes in medical billing. The agreement is a natural progression of the longstanding partnership between the two companies and enables Medline to expand its capabilities to accommodate exponential growth in the managed care market.
