Northfield, Ill., Dec. 18, 2025 – Medline today announced a multi-year Prime Vendor agreement with Beacon Health System, a locally owned, not-for-profit health system serving communities in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan.

As part of the agreement signed in June 2025, Medline will provide Beacon Health System with an extensive portfolio of lab supplies and supply chain expertise to service the system’s 11 hospitals.

“This agreement with Medline positions us to drive meaningful product standardization across our 11 hospitals, which translates to improved efficiency and cost management,” said Ashley McDaniel, director, supply chain operations, Beacon Health System. “By consolidating multiple vendors into one strategic partnership, we’re creating a more resilient supply chain that allows our clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.”

Marc Phillips, Medline’s senior vice president of supply chain solutions at Medline, added: “This agreement signals Medline’s commitment to supporting Beacon’s efforts to standardize care practices and support operational efficiencies through our supply chain offerings to help drive their success. We are thrilled to broaden our Prime Vendor partnership with Beacon, extending our support beyond their medical-surgical operations to include their lab program as well. It is a privilege to work alongside their dedicated teams as they implement best practices that help drive excellence across the system.”
