Melissa supports Medline external and internal post-acute customers, helping them better meet their comprehensive skin health needs, from prevention to treatment. With over a decade of experience in the post-acute care setting, Melissa possesses a broad, practical knowledge of wound, ostomy and continence care. Her expertise has been cultivated through numerous leadership roles, bringing a passionate, holistic approach to drive quality patient outcomes in multiple wound care programs across the nation.

Committed to advancing excellence industry-wide, Melissa has served as the Co-Chair for the Coalition for At-Risk Skin and as a committee member on the research panel and S3I committee of the NPIAP. She has a BS in nursing and an MS in nursing management from Western Governors University.
