Karen develops and executes Medline’s philanthropic grant and donation programs, including the Community Impact Grant program, Medline CARES and other giving campaigns at our locations in the U.S. and abroad. Frey also oversees Medline’s product donation program where our goal is to donate the product to international relief organizations who can get the product into underserved communities around the world. In addition, Frey leads Medline’s legacy relationships, including the American Heart Association and other community relations programs.
