Francesca Olivier
Vice President, Environmental, Social and Governance
Francesca Olivier leads the comprehensive Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program at Medline Industries, LP. She has more than 15 years, of experience developing social and environmental programs in the nonprofit, government and corporate sectors, including extensive expertise in healthcare sustainability, environmental justice and disaster relief. Most recently, Francesca led Medline’s evolution from a traditional corporate social responsibility program to a comprehensive ESG model that includes a broader, global and data-driven approach, all to make healthcare more sustainable and equitable. In 2023, Francesca was named a Notable Leader in Sustainability by Crain’s Chicago Business. Earlier, she was named a Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leader.
Francesca has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans.
