VP of Laboratory Sales
Mark Krhovsky manages Medline’s laboratory specialist sales forces nationwide. Mark’s teams help support sales verticals in both the acute care and non-acute care market segments.
Mark joined Medline in 2011. In his first role within the organization, Mark was responsible for helping build Medline’s laboratory product portfolio while managing an ever growing group of new vendor partnerships. In 2014 Mark was promoted to Director of Marketing within the Lab & Diagnostics product division where he took on responsibility for Medline’s lab consumable product portfolio including enterprise-wide training and continued vendor/product portfolio management.
In 2016 Mark moved into the role of Vice President of Marketing within Lab & Diagnostics where he took on the additional responsibilities of managing lab diagnostics and further development of Medline’s go-to-market plans for lab distribution. In his current role Mark oversees Medline’s specialty sales strategy for laboratory including national field sales, collaboration with corporate/national accounts, and strategic partner management.
Mark is currently a member of HIDA’s Laboratory Advisory Council. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Chris Nave is the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Homecare Division at Medline. Nave has spent more than 10 years with Medline’s Homecare Division, helping to lead home health sales teams delivering solutions and products. Francesca Olivier leads Medline’s social responsibility and innovation strategy. She was named a Top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Leader. She has more than 10 years of experience developing social and environmental programs in the non-profit, government and corporate sectors. In that time, she has gained experience in areas such as healthcare sustainability, environmental justice and disaster relief. Senior Vice President of Post-Acute Field Sales
Bob Ortiz is the senior vice president of post-acute field sales at Medline, and has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare distribution. He joined Medline in 2010 to develop the company’s physician office program. In his role, he manages a national team of 200 sales reps, both outside and inside sales, as well as sales managers, corporate accounts specialists and capital equipment specialists. Prior to his tenure with Medline, Bob worked at McKesson Medical-Surgical as a Physician Office sales rep and division manager for 19 years. He began his sales career with Procter & Gamble. Bob was also an active duty U.S. army captain and frequently writes about military and veterans’ issues. Amy Rogers is responsible for clinical education for Medline’s nutrition team. She focuses on using nutrition as a tool for early intervention to improve individual outcomes across the continuum of care. She also works with clinicians on best practices for using enteral devices. Vice President of Corporate Sales Technology
Dave Rolston serves as Medline’s vice president of corporate sales technology. In this position, Rolston oversees the growth, implementation and administration of technology-related initiatives and operational aspects of acute care corporate sales. In 1993, Rolston started his Medline career managing a software division. He was promoted to IS director in 2001, and in 2004, began working in sales and marketing for customer-facing technology. Rolston is a member of GS1 US and holds a BS from Eastern Illinois University.
Will Runyan is a licensed paramedic in Texas. Along with his LP duties, Runyan is a post-acute sales rep for Medline. Prior to Medline, he spent nearly 10 years as an active paramedic. Most recently, Will treated patients through EMS in Houston, Texas. His experience in the post-acute space includes working with electronic medical records software in home health and hospice.
