Hannah is the Associate Sustainability Specialist at Medline, a central component of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility platform. Her work focuses on reducing Medline’s environmental footprint and mitigating the effects of climate change on human health. Before coming to Medline, she spent two years working in the textiles industry, concentrating her work on sustainable textile supply chains. Upon moving to Chicago, she became an active member of the Chicago Fair Trade Coalition. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in International Trade and Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

Rhonda Baliff is the EMS Divisional Sales Manager at Medline. Prior to this role, Baliff was a divisional sales manager in the post-acute segment. Baliff spent 12 years as a volunteer emergency medical technician (EMT) in her hometown’s rescue squad in Wisconsin. Prior to joining Medline, Baliff was the regional manager of practice development for Aspen Dental. Baliff attended Southwest Technical College in Fennimore, Wis., where she received her Associates in business administration and management.

Operating Room Educational Consultant
Hassan Bilal supports and advises a sales force of over 1,000 Medline sales representatives on central sterile products, standards and technology which cover the United States and Canada. He is a voting member on the ST79 Sterilization Standards Committee for the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI). He has instructed classes for Certified Surgical Technologist. He has also taught certification classes for students of the Central Sterile Association of Canada throughout Ontario. He speaks nationally at local, regional and state IAHCSMM chapters. He has also spoken at numerous Central Sterile departments, AHRMM conferences and AORN chapters.

Michelle Christiansen is the vice president of clinical sales and marketing for Medline’s Personal Care Division where she is responsible for developing new products and educational programs. Some of her specialties include skin antiseptics and prepping techniques, urologicals, operating room turnover improvement and safety, and pressure injury prevention. With more than 15 years of experience in university and community healthcare institutions, Christiansen holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Medical Science degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She is also an active member of SIS-Surgical Infection Society (both U.S. and Europe), Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, Association of Operating Room Nurses, American Orthopedic Society, Association for Vascular Access, Society of Thoracic Surgeons, International Incontinence Society, and Society for Urological Nurse Association.
Margaret Falconio-West, BSN, RN, APN/CNS, CWOCN
Senior Vice President of Clinical Services
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, Margaret Falconio-West continued post graduate work at the College of St. Francis and completed her WOC education at Emory University. She holds licenses in Illinois as a registered nurse as well as an advanced practice nurse. She is board certified as full scope of practice wound, ostomy, continence nurse (CWOCN) through the WOCN Certifying Board. She has presented numerous scientific posters and papers at national symposiums and published many peer reviewed journal articles in the field of skin, wound and continence care. Falconio-West is Medline’s senior VP of clinical services, advanced wound care sales.
Antonia Finlayson
Vice President of Marketing for Specialty Sales
Antonia Finlayson is responsible for creating marketing strategies and working with customers to find solutions for ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, transplant organizations, research facilities and career colleges. She graduated from the University of Illinois and completed her Master’s at DePaul University. She also owns and creates content for an outpatient facilities’ magazine, Outpatient Outcomes. Prior to Medline, Finlayson was a global marketing and product manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. She is a member of PWH, LPA, ASCA and AALAS.

Karen Frey is the philanthropy manager at Medline, a core strategy of the corporate social responsibility platform. She develops and executes the Medline breast cancer awareness (BCA) campaign, the largest philanthropic initiative at Medline. Frey also planned and implemented strategy for annual BCA events, including the Medline Pink Glove Dance video competition and BCA month activities for Medline employees. In addition, Frey leads the Medline relationship with American Heart Association and other community relations programs.

Bryan Galloway, MD, is a clinical specialist with Medline's Clinical Services Division. He is responsible for on-site monitoring of clinical trials and training of clinical staff in advanced wound care and skin health products. Dr. Galloway has extensive clinical experience across the continuum of patient care, and brings that knowledge to the complex world of skin health. Dr. Galloway graduated received his Bachelors of Science degree from Clemson University Calhoun Honors College and his medical degree from the University of South Caroline School of Medicine.
