Medline again has been named to Forbes’ list of 2023 America’s Best Employers for Women, ranking among the top one-third of 400 U.S. companies.

The Best Employers for Women were identified based on independent survey results of 60,000 U.S. employees, including more than 40,000 women, working for companies employing at least 1,000 people. Respondents were asked to rate their company on a range of criteria, including work environment, career advancement, and whether they would recommend the company to a friend or family member, according to Forbes. Companies with the highest overall score made the list. The survey and evaluations were conducted in partnership with Statista, Inc.

“At Medline, our goal is for employees to come to work every day knowing they are valued and have an important role to play,” said Medline Chief Diversity Officer Jennifer Perkins. “We want everyone to be highly engaged and know that their unique perspective matters.”

Also this year, Forbes included Medline on the publication’s America’s Best Large Employers and America’s Best Employers for New Grads lists. For the 12th consecutive year, the Chicago Tribune named Medline a Top Workplace in 2022.
