Northfield, Ill., Sept. 2, 2026 — Medline (Nasdaq: MDLN) today announced it signed a new Prime Vendor agreement with Mercy Regional Medical Center, a regional health system based in Ville Platte, La., that provides care to patients across the Ville Platte region.
Through this agreement, Mercy Regional Medical Center will have access to Medline’s comprehensive portfolio of medical-surgical products, including commodity items, a urology portfolio and powerful distribution capabilities to help streamline ordering and timely, reliable delivery of medical supplies.
“We evaluated several key needs in a Prime Vendor, including the ability to anticipate and address supply chain disruptions and a proactive approach to service,” said Mona Soileau, director of supply chain and logistics, Mercy Regional Medical Center. “We wanted a partner that understood us as people, not just as a customer — one that offered resilience, reliability, strong relationship-building and end-to-end support. We found that in Medline.”
Marc Phillips, senior vice president of supply chain solutions at Medline, said, “This Prime Vendor partnership reflects the strength of Medline’s capabilities and commitment to serving customers across Louisiana, from large metropolitan health to rural healthcare facilities. We aim to be a trusted partner our customers can depend on through every challenge and opportunity. We are excited to support Mercy Regional and look forward to building a successful and lasting Prime Vendor relationship.”
