Medline announces implementation of Prime Vendor agreement with LifeBridge Health

Northfield, Ill., March 31, 2026 – Medline (Nasdaq: MDLN) today announced it has completed implementation of a Prime Vendor agreement with LifeBridge Health, a Baltimore-based healthcare system providing care to patients across Maryland through its five hospitals.

Through this agreement, LifeBridge Health has access to Medline’s comprehensive portfolio of medical-surgical products, including custom surgical instruments trays, as well as powerful distribution capabilities to help streamline ordering and improve timely, reliable delivery of medical supplies. LifeBridge Health also will use Medline’s Suture and Endomechanical Advanced Logistics (SEAL) program to help improve supply visibility, reduce waste and costs and ease staff workload, and will use Medline’s Sterile Complete Delivery System (SCDS) for custom surgical packs.
