Steve Miller

Steve Miller became Medline’s chief operating officer in January 2025 after previously serving as Medline’s executive vice president of supply chain operations starting with his arrival at the company in 2022. He has led the company’s distribution, transportation, engineering, real estate, construction and operational excellence organizations, driving efforts to continually improve operational capabilities and further expand Medline’s abilities to serve customers and the healthcare industry. In this capacity, across more than 50 facilities and with the commitment of 12,000 team members, Miller has overseen a 35% reduction in safety incidents, a 50% increase in on-time deliveries and a 25% reduction in employee turnover while generating operating leverage.

Before joining Medline, Miller was senior vice president of U.S. supply chain and e-commerce fulfillment at Walmart, overseeing all facets of the company’s fulfillment operations. He also led Walmart’s supply chain people function, managing strategy, hiring, training and retention of personnel across the entire U.S. supply chain. Previously, he also worked for Goodyear and Kimberly-Clark as part of a versatile career in global operations, end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, corporate strategy and HR leadership that spans more than 30 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in business logistics from Penn State University.
